(Since Cecilia's been in and out of Siren Cove a lot over the years, potential relationship histories include, but are in no way limited to: SC natives who knew her when she was younger, wealthy non-SC residents she went to boarding school with, anyone involved in the fashion world or hot, rich, and/or famous enough to hang out with models, two of her three major exes - one's a musician who was at least reasonably famous six years ago, the other was supposed to just be a fling in Spain and he doesn't actually know what her name is - people she met at Oxford, and so on.
If you want your character to have a history with my girl, we can probably make it work, is what I'm saying here. Go wild.)
